The board of directors of the company is pleased to announce that Olympic Industries Limited has executed a Deed of Agreement on March 5, 2020 to purchase 28,291 square feet of commercial space, along with 16 parking spaces and the undivided & un-demarcated area of proportionate land, in an under construction commercial building entitled Trade Intercontinental 1973, 213/A Tejgaon I/A, Dhaka-1208, for total consideration of Tk. 52,62,38,000, from House of Sunshine Knitwear Limited, a private limited company. Olympic shall also bear the required expenses and fees related to the registration and other miscellaneous expenses associated with the purchase of the aforementioned commercial space. Expected approximate completion and handover of commercial building is July 2023.
